Authenticity and condition:
Our shoes are all 100% authentic and are authenticated by us before shipment. Every product offered directly by AJKICKZ is brand new. Every order is carefully shipped.
Buying:
AJKICKZ is always ready to buy your unworn sneakers. Of course we only buy things for a price that is worth it for us.
Important! If you want to offer us something, please fill out the form on our website under "SELL" and we will then add the product to our inventory. If you buy the product, we ask you to send it within two working days.
Shipping:
In order to increase our range of products, we now also sell products from our customers. However, this is not the case with every product, as a large part of the products on offer is in our warehouse. When a shoe is ordered, the seller sends the shoes to us. As soon as we receive them, they are authenticated and checked and are sent to you the same day or the following working day. The delivery time is 8-14 working days.
Customs costs:
The recipient does not have to pay any further costs upon receipt of the package, as the VAT is prepaid by us.
Refund Policy:
Since we check all goods before sending out, we do not exchange any good. All sales are final. We just accept returns due to damaged good or defectives through transportation. If we have approved a return, items need to be returned with proof of purchase within 7 days upon receipt. We do not take responsibility for losses of or damages to returned goods during transit. Usage of a trackable system to return any items to us is strongly recommended. Refund will take place after we received the retuned goods. Returns without any query approval will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back without any query approval to us or to the manufacturer.
